Context
Antico Contempo is a New York–based studio that draws inspiration from the Aboutaam family’s collection of ancient artworks. Their practice centers on reimagining these historical pieces into contemporary forms, handcrafted by skilled artisans in the same regions where the originals were made. The result is a body of work that bridges antiquity and modernity, honoring cultural heritage while making it resonate in today’s world.
Problem
Antico Contempo has amazing artworks and ideas; they need more of an established brand identity and a website redesign.
Goal
The goal was to make a digital experience where the work and the craftsmanship of Antico Contempo can truly shine. They have an amazing story, work, and artisans. The most important thing was to show it in a sleek way.

The goal of the edited version was to showcase the highlighted work of Antico, the updates included:
Small Sleeker Footer
Full Hero Section
The inclusion of Antico Highlights and gifs.
The goal was to give the user a preview of Antico’s works, to foster excitement
The goal of the updated version was to have the focus completely on the studio and their origins. The goal was to make it easy to read and simple to follow along.
Packaging Design
As mentioned before, Antico Contempo creates contemporaries of historical artworks. The Packaging for these works are important. I was able to design a simple Thank you card for each product:
The goal behind these cards was to make a simple quality note to the customers and thanking them for continuing the tradition of continuing the life of these artworks.
